Hollywood / Santa Monica Neighborhood Association Presents the Hollywood Home Tour Step back in time with Hollywood / Santa Monica's 31st Annual Home Tour, celebrating 101 years of history in Dallas!
Hollywood Home Tour and Wine Walk
Join us for the 32nd Annual Hollywood Home Tour, a two-day celebration of the architectural character and charm of one of Dallas’ most beloved neighborhoods. Presented by the Hollywood Santa Monica Neighborhood Association, the tour takes place Friday and Saturday, May 1–2, 2026, and tickets are now on sale.
The weekend begins Friday evening with the Wine Walk & Home Tour, presented by Times Ten Cellars, from 5:00–9:00 p.m. On Saturday, enjoy the Home Tour from 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with the opportunity to explore the homes at your own pace.
This year’s tour features six homes spanning multiple eras—from classic 1920s and 1930s residences to a thoughtfully designed 1980s home and a newer build from this century, all blending beautifully into the neighborhood’s historic conservation district.

On Friday night, tour all six homes while enjoying wine tastings by Times Ten Cellars, bites from Fat Rabbit Provisions and other local eateries, and live music at each stop. Saturday offers another chance to tour all six homes during the day.
Proceeds from the Hollywood Home Tour benefit local Dallas ISD elementary schools in the Woodrow Wilson High School feeder pattern and support ongoing neighborhood preservation efforts.
Wine Walk & Home Tour: $40 per person
