Please join us for HSMNA’s final Government and Community Forum of the year, focused on residential zoning.
Our neighborhood is special in part because of its conservation district zoning. As the City of Dallas considers significant changes to its residential zoning regulations, we’ll discuss what those changes could mean for our homes and community.
Three experts will join us to explain the current housing-code landscape and discuss how potential changes could affect:
- Lot sizes
- Housing types
- The character and appearance of our neighborhood
- Residential development across the city
HSMNA will provide light bites. Space is limited, so please RSVP to moc.liamg@khcsamoD.adnamA to reserve your spot.
Hosted by the HSMNA Government and Community Committee: Amanda Domaschk, Rob Parks, and Marcel Quimby.
