Hollywood Santa Monica, a historic Dallas neighborhood with roots dating back to 1924, celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2024. The Hollywood Santa Monica Neighborhood Association proudly presents the Centennial Home Tour to commemorate this momentous occasion!

Proceeds from the event will be reinvested in neighborhood capital improvement projects and generously donated to Preservation Dallas, reinforcing the neighborhood’s commitment to the preservation of our city’s architecture.
